Michael Day is Managing Director of Global Ventures Group. Global Ventures Group (GVG) is an International diverse team of seasoned founders with an all-hands-on-deck attitude
and style of execution for B2B & B2C tech, e-commerce startups, small and medium-sized businesses to well known brands.
Michael has held executive roles at Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard. His consulting clients are currently centered on Switzerland.
Sam Haddad Ph.D. is President of HTCS Inc. Dr. Haddad has evaluated 42 start-ups and early stage companies in partnership with Silicon Valley venture capitalists and angel investors to determine feasibility for pre-IPO funding. He is a member of the Silicom Ventures Angel Group. Dr. Haddad is Consulting Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. On February 24, 2012 he was inducted into the Silicon Valley Engineering Hall of Fame.
Sam served as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Silicon Valley Engineering Council (SVEC) from 1996 to 1998 and as Chairman of the SVEC Hall of Fame and Awards Board – for 4 years. SVEC is an umbrella organization for over 60,000 engineers, scientists and technologists in Silicon Valley and in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Rod Hoagland, Managing Director and Founder of QStwo, has spent his career serving in senior level and project leader positions for emerging growth and international companies in both technology and non-technology industries. As a consultant, Rod has provided chief financial officer, financial coaching and project leadership services for more than 25 public, expansion and late-stage companies, ranging in size from startups to $300,000,000 per year. Rod has experience in national and multi-national companies, in varied industries.
Rod has been a two-term elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth, Silicon Valley Chapter. He is a past member of the Keiritsu Forum Angel Group of Silicon Valley.
